摘要
针对华能南通电厂二期2×350MW机组运行初期存在的循环水泵出口蝶阀的控制液压阀频繁故障问题,分析液压阀故障原因和油液污染失效机理,在油系统的维护、检修和运行监督方面采取了有效控制液压油污染的措施后,液压阀故障发生率显著降低,循环水泵运行可靠性得到提高。
Frequent failure problems of hydraulic control valves for the outlet butterfly valves of circulating water pumps existed in the early operation stage of2×350MW generating units in Huaneng Nantong Power Plant 2 nd phase.In view of this problem,the fail-ure cause of hydraulic valve and the failure mechanism resulting from oil-liquid pollution were analyzed.After the measures to effec-tively control the pollution of hydraulic oil were taken in the aspects of maintenance,repair and operation monitoring of oil system,the failure occurrence rate of hydraulic valve was obviously decreased,with the operation reliability of circulating water pumps im-proved.
