摘要
白腐菌Cyathusstercoreus,PanusconchatusG0 33- 5a ,Pleurotusflorida发酵预处理芦苇 ,然后制备化学浆。研究结果表明 :经过PanusconchatusG0 33- 5a和Pleurotusflorida固体发酵预处理后制备的烧碱 -蒽醌浆白度和粘度均有所提高 ,Kappa值下降 ,而用Cyathusstercoreus处理后的芦苇所制烧碱 -蒽醌浆的白度和粘度要低于未经发酵处理的对比浆的白度和粘度 ,而Kappa值高于对比浆 ;
The Soda-AQ pulps were made from reed pretreated by white rot fungi Panus conchatus G033-5a,Cyathus stercoreus and Pleurotus florida respectively.It was found that Kappa number decreased and the brightness increased for Soda-AQ pulps from the reed pretreated by Pleurotus florida and Panus conchatus G033-5a,but it was reverse for the pulp from reed pretreated by Cyathus stercoreus.The results indicate that white rot fungi Pleurotus florida and Panus conchatus G033-5a are selective to degrade lignin,which are good for biopulping,but Cyathus stercoreus is preferential to degrade cellulose,which is not good for biopulping.
