现代造纸企业面向供应链管理的现代集成制造系统

Supply Chain Management-oriented Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System in Paper Mill

为有效提高我国造纸工业的竞争力 ,必须在提高制造工艺水平的基础上 ,实施现代管理和信息技术的改造。面向供应链管理的现代集成制造系统正是在这一前提下提出的。本文介绍了供应链管理及现代集成制造系统的基本概念 ,提出了面向供应链管理的现代集成制造系统的初级模型 ,结合我国造纸工业的现状 。

Paper industry in China is a big industry but not a strong one when compared with those in developed countries.In order to improve it's competitive power,we should rebuild it with contemporary management and information technology based on improving the level of the techniques.Supply chain management(SCM)-oriented contemporary integrated manufacturing system(CIMS) is the key point of the problem.This paper introduces the conception of SCM & CIMS,and put forward the basic model of SCM-O-CIMS.We also bring forward a new way to develop paper industry according to its actuality.
