摘要
从细胞超微结构水平动态观察了在不同浓度和不同作用时间下,半合成性中药高三尖杉酯碱对体外培养的人眼结膜成纤维细胞的作用及其机理。初步结果表明,该药引起细胞损伤的主要特点是核膜内陷,染色质凝聚和边集以及胞浆的广泛空泡变性。此外,该药尚能抑制细胞分泌胶原纤维和合成细胞微丝的功能,故其为防治眼内纤维增生性病变的有效药物。
The authors studied the effect of homoharringtonine (Hh), a seml-synthesized Chinese herb, on the ultrastrueture of in-vltro cultured human conjunctival fibroblasts (HFb)and the mechanism of its action. The preliminary results showed that the main characteristies of HFb damage caused by Hh were invagination of nuclear membrane, aggregation and margination of chromatin and massive vacuolation of cytoplasma. In addition, Hh could also inhibit the secretion of collagen fibres and the synthesis of mierofilaments. Hence, Hh might be an effective agent in the prevention and treatment of proliferative eye disorders.
