在结晶法精制植物甾醇的工艺中,用1∶1的无水乙醇溶剂对结晶得到的植物甾醇进行洗涤,可以大幅度的提高产品的纯度。72.84%的植物甾醇原料可以经一次结晶、洗涤,纯化到96.83%。

In the process of purification of phytosterols by crystallization, the usage of 1∶1quantity of fresh solvent to wash the phytosterols crystal do improve the purity of phytosterols. The raw material which is 72.84%can be purified to 96.83%by crystallization and washing only once.
