摘要
利用数值模拟技术 ,研究了水力旋流器内的压降及压力分布特性 ,计算得到的各种旋流管的压降结果和实测值吻合较好 ,其相对误差不超过 15 % ;径向压力梯度的计算结果表明 :圆筒段不利于分离 ;大锥段有利于油滴向轴心方向运移 ,尾直管是油滴向轴心移动的低效区。旋流管各段压降所占比例基本上不随流量变化而变化 ,其中圆筒段最小 ,小锥段最大 。
With the help of CFD software and using RNG K ε turbulent model and BFC grids,the pressure drop and pressure distribution in hydrocyclone are acquired. In addition, the effect of structure change on pressure drop and pressure drop proportion in various components are investigated, which the prediction agrees well with experiment data. The results of the radial pressure gradient show that the separation function and the pressure drop of different segments of the hydrocyclone are different.
