摘要
粉末沉降速度对混粉电火花加工工作液性能有重要影响 ,是实现混粉电火花镜面加工的关键。本文采用实验对比的方法 ,研究了聚环氧乙烷类和芳烃类添加剂对粉末沉降速度的影响。结果表明 ,芳烃类添加剂能降低粉末沉降速度 ,在实验所用添加剂材料及添加浓度下 。
Powder sedimentation rate has an important influence to powder mixed dielectric, and which is a man factor to realize powder mixed dielectric mirror EDM. In this paper, the influence effects of several kinds additive of polymeric epoxy ethane and aryl hydrocarbon are experimentally researched. It is shown that as one kind of additive, aryl hydrocarbon can reduce the powder sedimentation rate. By using the additive material and additive consistency used in the experiment, the machining effects of powder mixed dielectric are clearly improved and the mirror EDM using powder mixed dielectric is realized.
