间接加热技术在粗液脱硅过程中的应用

摘要 本文针对烧结法粗液脱硅过程的特性,进行了分析,比较了列管式间接加热器和套管式间接加热器,在脱硅过程中应用的优缺点。成功地将套管式间接加热器应用到烧结法粗液脱硅过程,优化了脱硅技术指标,降低了汽耗,取得了显著的经济效益。 This paper was directed against the characteristic of crude liquor disiliconizing process when applied sinter process. This paper also compared with tube still heater and sheath tube heater applied in disiliconizing process, finally, achieved sheath tube heater applied to sinter process disiliconizing process, optimalizing disiliconizing technology index and lower steam consumption. Remarkable economic benefits have been obtained.
