摘要
本文利用三菱MELSEC-A系列PLC,提出了氧化铝生产能量管理网络的构成原理和方法,并在中国长城铝业公司建立了实际的能量管理系统。在采用了该系统以后,生产过程中的蒸汽压力波动减少3%以上,在不增加投入的情况下,将氧化铝的生产能力提高0.2t/h。
The structure principle and method of a process control and energy management network based on Mitsubishi MELSEC-A series is discussed in this paper, and the network has been designed and realized in the China Greatwall Aluminum Corporation. With the help of this system, the fluctuation of stream usage has been decreased more than 3% and the production of Al2O3 increased 0.2T·h-1 without increasing the other investment.
