介绍了溅渣护炉技术在天津天铁冶金集团炼钢厂的应用情况,探讨了影响溅渣护炉的因素。采用该技术后,该厂平均炉龄达到6000炉较过去有了很大地提高,消耗下降效益显著。
The application of slag splashing technology in Steel-making Works of Tiantie is introduced,and factors influencing the slag splashing are discussed. By using the technology, the average furnace life is up to 6 000. And the consumption is reduced, the benefit gaied.
