摘要
采用激光多层涂敷的方法 ,对ZM 6镁合金成品件进行了本体涂敷。使用Nd YAG固体激光器 ,采用镁合金填料进行了涂敷 ,涂敷厚度为 0 8~ 1 0mm。用金相显微镜和扫描电镜观察了基材和多层涂敷区域组织 ,并进行了成分分析、XRD相分析和X光缺陷检查。结果表明 ,使用激光多层涂敷的办法修复镁合金成品件是可行的。
Laser multi layer cladding of ZM6 Mg based alloy with their own sheets was researched in this paper.Using a Nd YAG laser,a clad depth of the multi layer could reach 0 8mm~1 0mm.The microstructures,component,phases and defects of the matrix and the multi layer were investigated by using optical microscope,scanning electronic microscope(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD)and X ray radiographic inspection respectively.The results show that the repair in the finished product of Mg based alloys is feasible by multi layer laser cladding.
