摘要
本文提出用视觉传感器进行大尺寸无缝钢管直线度在线检测的方法,研究了CAN总线在视觉检测系统中的应用.介绍了控制网络的拓扑结构、物理层构成、通讯协议、软件实现。本检测系统已投入实际应用。
The technology on visual sensor measuring linearity is introduced in this paper. The research and application on CAN in seamless steel pipe visual inspection is presented. The physical interface and topology and communication protocol and also software progress are proposed. The system has been employed practically.
