摘要
采用可编程控制器进行技术改造,将现有的普通焊接设备改造成逻辑顺序控制的自动化成套焊接设备,实现磁体的低成本自动化焊接生产。研制的自动控制系统具有软硬件设计合理、性能稳定、可靠性高、操作简单等优点,能够较好地实现磁体的自动焊接要求,并保证焊缝的质量,具有一定的实用价值。
The paper mainly introduces a method used to reform the present welding sy stem with the programmable logical c on-trolled system(PLC),so that an automatic welding of magn etic body with low -consumption woul d be approached.The system is characterized by reasonable design of hardware and software,high stabi lity and reliability and convenient operation.
