塞拉门工作过程数据采集系统

摘要 介绍了一种基于单片机技术的塞拉门工作过程数据采集系统。该系统与车载设备良好的兼容性降低了其使用成本,对恶劣环境的适应性满足了塞拉门随车检测的要求。在现场应用中它与上位机配合能高效、准确地诊断塞拉门故障,解决了因缺乏塞拉门专用检测设备而导致的塞拉门维修周期长和维修不彻底等问题。 The data acquisition system,based on the monolithic technology,used to record the working process ofsliding plug door was introduced in this paper.The good compatibility of the system and the equipment carried by the ve-hicles reduced the operating cost.The adaptability to bad circumstance met the demand of the on-line measurement ofsliding plug door.In the scene application,the breakdown of sliding plug door can be effectively and accurately diag-nosed in cooperation with the on-position PC.The problems caused by lack of special-purpose check-out facilities of slid-ing plug door such as long maintenance cycle,deficient maintenance and so on were resolved.
