质量控制图在COD快速在线测定仪中的应用

Application of the Quality-controlled Graph in the COD Rapid On-line Monitor

阐述了质量控制图在COD快速在线测定仪中的应用原理及其实现方法。利用在线测定仪提供的数据管理和质量控制图绘制功能,给现场管理人员提供了一种快速评定污水水质的工具,及一种简单的区分仪器测量问题和污水本身COD变化的判别规则,给出了判别规则及其结果的准确概率。该方法在实际使用中得到用户的好评。

In this paper, it is recommended that the application principle of the quality-controlled graph in the COD rapid on-line monitor and its realization method. The tool of fast evaluating sewage quality is provided for on-the-spot managers with the data management and the quality-controlled charting function provided with the on-line monitor. It is more significant that a simple rule is proposed, which can distinguish between the survey problems of the instrument and the COD variation of the sewage itself. The rule and the accurate probability of the result are calculated in this paper. The method proposed in this paper has been well appreciated by customers in practice.
