摘要
采用了红外光谱仪、超导核磁共振波谱仪、高效液相色谱仪、熔点仪等现代测试手段,对甘油单月桂酸酯纯化后的产品进行了分析鉴定,并深入探讨了甘油单月桂酸酯的特性。
The pure glycerol monolaurate was analysed and identified by using modern analytic methods such as high pressure liquid chromatograph,fourier transform infrared spectrometer and nuclear magnetic resonator. The properties of glycerol monolaurate were discussed in detail.
