摘要
建立适应社会主义市场经济内在要求的企业制度是我国经济体制改革的一项中心内容 ,深化国有企业改革是重构微观基础的核心环节。文章从制度经济学的角度解释了中国国有企业改革的思路选择与制度安排。
Constructing the enterprise system that is suitable to the intrinsic requirements of socialist market economy is a central content of our country's economic structural reform. And deepening SOE's reform is a key link of reconstituting microscopic foundation. This paper explains the idea selections and system arrangements of Chinese SOE's reform from the angle of institutional economics.
