宁夏回族和汉族发旋的调查及分析

Investigation and Analysis on Hair Vortex Among Population of Hui and Han Nationalities in Ningxia

目的 :调查宁夏回族、汉族发旋的数目、分布以及发旋方向的基因频率 ,并对其进行遗传学分析。方法 :将颅顶部分为六个象限 ,记录发旋的分布位置、数目和发旋的方向。结果 :宁夏回、汉族单旋出现率分别为 :95 36 %和 93 6 0 % ,主要分布在右后象限 ;顺旋基因频率分别为 :0 4 2 2 6和 0 4 96 2。结论 :宁夏回、汉族单旋出现率、顺旋基因频率均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the distribution and gene frequency of hair vortex among population of Hui and Han nationalities in Ningxia Methods: The calvaria was separated into six quadrants according to traditional standard The number,position and direction of hair vortex of 786 cases (302Hui,484 Han),aged 17-23 years,were counted and recorded Results:The frequencies of single hair vortex were 95 36% and 93 60% in Hui and Han respectively The single hair vortex mainly located in right rear quadrant of the calveria Gene frequencies of clockwise hair vortex were 0 4426 and 0 4962 respectively in Hui and Han Conclusion:There was no significant difference in incidence and gene frequency of clockwise hair vortex between Hui and Han nationalities in Ningxia( P >0 05)
