The basic counter-measure on adjusting crop-planting structure of Northeast China with China's entry in WTO is discussed in this paper,that is to set up stable planting structure of grain crop-cash crop-feed crop,to adjust structure of crop varieties,to establish grainfood industralised groups,and to build up a dynamic system to support structure adjustment of crop planting in Northeast China.
