摘要
利用荧光探针溴化乙锭 (EB)研究了茶多酚与DNA相互作用时其荧光光谱的变化。实验表明 ,在实验质量浓度范围内 ,茶多酚对EB -DNA体系的荧光强度的抑制率几乎成线性关系 ,随它们质量浓度的增加 ,抑制率也升高 ,其半抑制质量浓度为0 5mg/mL ;茶多酚的荧光抑制率随质量浓度的变化不存在饱和性 ,且抑制率可达 95 %以上。并对茶多酚与DNA分子相互作用的机理作了初步探讨。
s:The changes of the fluorescent spectrum were studied by using Fluorescence Probe EB when TP and DNA interacted. The results showed:the inhibition rate of relative fluorescence intensity would rise when the concentration of TP was elevated, and their correlation was linear.The inhibition rate of relative fluorescence intensity at 1 25mg/mL concentration was 0 902 for TP and the concentration of TP was approximately 0 5mg/mL when the inhibition rate of relative fluorescence intensity was 50 percent.The inhibition rate of fluorescence intensity,which was treated with TP,was not saturated when the concentration varied, even above 95 percent. Meanwhile,the mechanism of interaction of TP and DNA had been discussed preliminarily.
