摘要 对渗铝过程中可能发生的化学反应进行了热力学计算 ,根据热力学原理及扩散理论 ,研究了渗剂中铝原子向钢件表面传递的过程 ,并导出了估算HK40钢渗铝动力学方程的计算方法 ,应用此法计算所得的数值与实验结果基本吻合。 The reactions that may occur during aluminization were determined through the thermo-dynamical analysis. According to the principles of thermo-dynamics and diffusion, the aluminum transport from the powder to the surface of the steel was studied and a method that evaluates the kinetic parameter of HK40 steel was developed. The result shows that the method of predicting the kinetics of pack aluminization of HK40 steel was in agreement with experimental data.
