摘要 针对现有联作工艺对老井复查、备层开发不适用 ,常出现环空打压污染已射层、环空憋压达不到点火头设计压力而造成射孔失败的情况 ,经过研究提出了跨隔旁通管联作工艺方案 ,用双封隔器隔开已射层 ,中间通过柔性旁通钢管传压 ,使压力传递在密闭环境中进行 ,可解决环空打压会污染测试层以上的已射层的问题。分析认为 ,该工艺方案具有可行性、实用性 ,已具备开发、推广的条件。 A technology project of combination operation of straddle packer by pass tube is presented by study to solve the problem of perforation failure due to both pollution of perforated layers and fall short of design pressure during loading in annular space. The technology project can be used to avoid pollution of perforated layers above the test layer by using two packers to separate perforated layers from the test layer and supple by pass tubes to transmit pressure in a pressure tight condition. It is claimed that the project is feasible and practical to be employed extendedly.
