摘要 对冷却塔风机节能及安全控制进行研究,以实现风机运行的节能、安全自动化在线管理,通过对实际使用效果考察表明:该控制系统解决了风机管理上存在的一些难题,实现了风机节能、安全自动化控制。提高了经济效益和设备可靠度,收到理想效果,也为加强设备的科学管理提供了新的思路。 The energy saving and safety control for cooling tower fans were studied to realize an energy saving, safe and automatic operation of the fans as well as an on line management. The study on the practical application results showed: With the said controlling system, some difficulties existing in the management of the fans were solved, an energy saving, safe and automatic control of the fans was realized, both economic efficiency and equipment reliability were improved, with ideal results achieved, which provided a new way of thinking in strengthening the scientific management of the equipment.
