物化+三级生化法处理浆染厂生产废水

摘要 浆染厂生产废水具有高浓度、高色度和含有大量难降解有机物的特点,用单一的化学法或生物法处理效果不好。广州某浆染厂采用物化+三级生化处理浆染生产废水,设计处理能力800m3/d,废水进水ρ(CODCr),ρ(BOD5),ρ(SS)和色度分别为3500mg/L,800mg/L,500mg/L和12000倍,经处理后,COD,BOD,SS和色度的去除率分别达98%,97%,90%和99.6%,出水稳定并达到污水排放一级标准。 The wastewater from starch dyeing mills features high concentration, high color and high content of organics difficult to degrade. The use of only chemical method or biological method does not give good results of treatment. A physicochemical plus three stage biochemical method was used by a starch dyeing mill in Guangzhou in the treatment of the wastewater from the starch dyeing process with a design capacity of 800 m3/d. The ρ(CODCr), ρ(BOD5),ρ( SS) and colourity of the inlet water were 3 500 mg/L, 800 mg/L, 500 mg/L and 12 000 times respectively. Through the treatment, the removal rates of CODCr, BOD5, SS and colourity reached 98%, 97%, 90% and 99.6% respectively, so that the outlet water steadily reached the standard for the first class effluent water.
