摘要
采用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC) ,采用YWGC18(4.0mm× 2 5 0mm)色谱柱 ,以甲醇和水为流动相 ,紫外检测波长为 2 38mm ,用外标法分析 12 .5 %可湿性粉剂中烯唑醇的含量 ,平均回收率为 97.79% ,标准偏差为 0 .15 ,变异系数为 0 .13% ,该法方便、灵敏度高。
A sensitive RP-HPLLC method was developed for the determination of diniconazole with YWG C18 (4.0mm*250mm)colum,CH 3OH+H 2O(70∶30) as mobile phase and UV detection at 230nm by external standard method. The average recovery of diniconazole was 97.79% and 0.13 the standard deviation was 0.15, the coefficients of variation was.The method is convenient and accurate
