三氯异氰脲酸目前主要用于游泳池水的消毒杀菌。生产方法有钠盐法、钙盐法、次氯酸钠法及常温均相截流法。美国是三氯异氰脲酸的主要生产国家,约占世界总生产能力的50％。全球总生产能力约为25万t/a。我国三氯异氰脲酸的生产能力估计在2万t/a左右,其主要原料氰尿酸的产量约为2.5万t/a。国产三氯异氰脲酸由于未加工成型,与国外产品相比,价格上处于劣势。

China's output of trichloroisocyanuric acid is about 20000t/a, the output of its main raw material cyanuic acid is 25000 t/a. China's trichloroisocyanuric acid is in inferior position comparing with foreign products, for being not machine-shaping.
