摘要
笔者以过硫酸钾为引发剂 ,研究了醋酸乙烯酯 (VAc)与海藻酸钙 (Calciumalginate)小球的接枝共聚反应 ;利用FTIR表征了接枝产物 ;并探讨了单体用量、反应时间和小球粒径对接枝率的影响 :5g初始粒径为 2 .5mm的小球与浓度为 3.6 2mol/L的VAc单体在 4 8℃反应 3h ,接枝率可达 10 74 %。
Potassium persulfate was used as the initiator to initiate the graft copolymerization of vinyl acetate (VAc) onto calcium alginate beads (CAB). The structure of the copolymer was verified with FTIR. It was found that the grafting percentage of VAc was depended on initial average diameter of beads, monomer concentration and reaction time. When 3.62?mol/L VAc was reacted with 5 grams CAB (d=2.5?mm) at 48?℃ for 3 hours, the grafting percentage of VAc could be 1?074%.
