聚乙烯多功能配色地膜的研究

Polyethylene Mulching Film of Black Alternating with White

研究了聚乙烯多功能配色地膜 (黑色及黑白相间地膜 )的挤出吹塑技术和在农业种植中的应用。与普通聚乙烯地膜进行了对比试验分析。该膜除了具有普通地膜保温保墒的基本性能外 ,还具有调节地温、防除杂草等特殊功能 ,对作物有明显的促进生长作用 ,比普通聚乙烯地膜可增产 11%～2 6 %。黑色膜部位除草率 93% ,综合经济效益每亩可增加 30 0～ 80 0元 。

The technology of film coextrusion blowing for polyethylene film of black alternating white and the application in crop growing were investigated.The experiments were under the equal conditions and compared with usual polyethylene film and polyethylene black film.In addition to the basic properties of the usual mulching film,this film of black alternating with white owned special functions such as ground temperature accommodation and restraint weeds.Moreover,the result for promoting the crop upgrowth was obvious.Production increased 11%～26% compared with traditional mulching film and the ratio of weed killing under the black area reached 93%.Furthermore,it eliminated the environmental pollution caused by weedicide.
