利用PCR技术鉴别普通小麦Glu-1位点的某些等位基因 被引量:18

摘要 Glu- 1位点的等位基因变异与普通小麦的烘烤品质有密切的关系 ,本文利用根据 Glu- Dly位点的基因序列设计的一对引物 ,通过 PCR技术 ,可以准确鉴别等位基因的变异 Glu- Dly10和 Glu- Dly12 ,同时还可以初步鉴定 Glu- B1位点的等位基因变异 Glu- Blh(14+15 ) 。 PCR technich is used to detect allelic variation at Glu-1 loci in common wheat. With a pair of synthetic primers, specific variation for Glu-Dly, Glu-Dly 10 and Glu-Dly 12 can be distinguished clearly. Besides, Glu-B1h (subunit pair 14+15) can also be identified with the same primers. Compared with SDS-PAGE, PCR approach provides a more rapid and efficient detection of some alleles at Glu-1 loci in the early generation of wheat breeding program.
