相转移催化合成对氯苄叉丙酮

摘要 以对氯苯甲醛和丙酮为原料,以PSTEA作相转移催化剂合成对氯苄叉丙酮。讨论了影响缩合的反应主要因素,获得了最佳反应条件,在此条件下,产品收率可达97.7%。该合成方法工艺简单,收率较高,催化剂催化活性高。 p - Chlorobenzalacetone was synthesized from p - Chlorobenzadehyde and acetone using PSTEA as phase transfer catalyst. The influence of condensation reaction were investigated and the optimum reaction conditions were found out.In these conditions,the yield was about 97.7%.The results showed that catalyst had high catalytic activity,the yield of ester was high and the technology was simple.
