摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸羟丙酯和次磷酸钠为原料合成共聚物阻垢剂,最佳工艺条件为:顺丁烯二酸酐和丙烯酸羟丙酯物质的量比为2∶3,次磷酸和引发剂的用量分别为单体总质量的10%和2%,反应溶剂为甲苯,反应时间为2h,反应温度为120℃。评价实验表明:含磷顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸羟丙酯共聚物对碳酸钙、碳酸镁和铁离子、锌离子的综合阻垢性能较好。
The scale inhibition and dispersion agent, copolymer of phosphor - containing maleamic acid and acrylic acid hydroxy - propyl ester, was synthesized by using maleamic acid, acrylic acid hydroxy - propyl ester and sodium hypophosphite. The best process conditions were as follows: molar ratio of maleamic acid to acrylic acid hydroxy - propyl ester was 2:3, amount of sodium hypophosphite and initiator were 10% and 2% of the monomer respectively, reaction solvent was methyl benzene,reaction time was 2h and reaction temperature was 120℃.The results of experiment showed that the high scale - inhibition rate of phosphor - containing sulfonate cololymer for calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate and iron ion,zinc ion.
