综述了大豆磷脂在食品工业,化妆品工业,医药工业的应用。提出了由大豆磷脂制得新型反应性乳化剂的方法。介绍了改性大豆磷脂的性质及用途。
Application of phospholitide has been summarized in the food and fine industry and medicine. The means of new reaction emulsion from phospholitide has been raised. The property and application of the modification phospholitide has been introduced.
