崖姜蕨中柚皮甙的高效液相色谱法测定

摘要 建立了崖姜蕨中抽皮甙的高效液相色谱测定方法,考察了样品制备方法、流动相系统等因素对色谱分离的影响,以Spherisorb C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm)不锈钢柱为色谱柱,采用乙腈-pH 4.5,0.02 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(24∶76)作流动相,柚皮甙和崖姜蕨中其它组分间可完全分离,柚皮甙回收率达99.32%~100.3%,RSD小于1.8%。该法专属性强,操作方便,结果准确,重现性好。 A simplified high performance liquid chromatographic procedure has been developed for the assay of naringin in Yajiangjue. The effects of sample preparation and the type of the mobile phase on the separation of samples were investigated. A 6.0mm × 150mm Spherisorb C18 column with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitril - pH4.5,0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer(24:76) was employed. Complete separation was achieved between naringin and other components in the samples under optimum conditions. The recoveries of naringin were as high as 99.3 % - 100.3% with RSD less than 1. 8% .The proposed method is selective,accurate and reproducible.
