摘要
铁污染阳离子交换树脂常用HCI进行复苏。为使树脂充分复苏,需用浓度高达10%HCI溶液浸泡树脂。采用HCI-NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(3)复合复苏剂,其各组分浓度依次为5%、4%、0.06%,能快速使树脂充分复苏,因酸浓度低,腐蚀性弱。并对HCI复苏剂和复合复苏剂浸泡后的树脂进行工作交换容量测定。复合复苏剂对树脂复苏效果好,而且树脂的工作交换容量高。
The common resuscitative agent for polluted cation exchange resins by iron is hydrochloric acid. In order to fully resuscite them, high concentration solution with 10% HCl must be used. This paper introduces a mixed solution of HCl-NaCl-Na_2SO_3 as resuscitative agent, the component concentration being 5%、4% and 0. 06% respectively. The results show that the effect and capability of change for work of mixed resuscitative agent are excellent.
