摘要
莴苣下胚轴愈伤组织诱导时 ,MS +6 BA 0 .5mg/L +2 ,4 D 1mg/L +NAA 0 .1mg/L效果最好 ,出愈率达 94%;愈伤组织分化为芽时 ,MS +6 BA 1.0mg/L +NAA 0 .0 5mg/L分化频率最高 ,达 10 0 %;再生苗在 1/2MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L中诱导生根成为完整植株。
Taking MS?1/2MS as basic media, adopting 6-BA?NAA?and 2,4-D of different concentration composition to conduct tissue culture and plant regeneration from hypocotyl of lettuce, the result showed that medium of MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+2,4-D 1mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L,was the best to induce callus from hypocotyl, the rate of callus is 94%; and the differentiation medium, MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L +NAA0.05mg/L, was the best to induce buds from callus and had a 100% plant regeneration rate; and it was for rooting media, 1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L, to induce rooting from seedlings.
