山蜡梅对小鼠的减肥作用

Effect of Chimonanthus Nitens Oliv on Reducing Weight in Mice

目的 观察山蜡梅对小鼠的减肥作用。方法 高脂饲料饲养小鼠建立营养性肥胖模型 ,同时灌胃给予山蜡梅提取液 ,5周后测体重、肥胖指数、血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯 ,统计分析各数据。 结果与结论 山蜡梅的挥发油提取液、石油醚及正丁醇提取液高剂量能减缓小鼠的体重增长、抑制食欲 。

OBJECTIVE To observe the weight reducing function of chimonanthus nitens in mice.METHODS Mice were raised with high fat forage to establish fat models.And at the same time,they were orally administrated with the extracts of chimonanthus nitens.The mouse weight,lis index,the serum cholesterol and triglyceride were determined after 5 weeks.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION It was found that the petroleum ether and n butyl alcohol extracts in high dosage and volatile oil of chimonanthus nitens have the function of reducing weight,anti appetite and reducing fat.
