健华感冒液的祛痰作用

Apophlegmatic Effect of the Jianhua Mixture for Common Cold

目的 评价健华感冒液祛痰作用。 方法 用玻璃毛细管插入麻醉大鼠气管内 ,吸取一定时间气管内的痰液 ,以此吸痰的液柱长度 ,作为排痰量 ,观察健华感冒液对排痰量的影响 ;把一细小塑料粒 (重量约 1mg)放在蛙的食道粘膜上 ,通过测量小塑料粒移动的速度 ,测定健华感冒液对蛙食道纤毛运动的影响。结果 健华感冒液灌胃给药能明显增加大鼠的呼吸道分泌量 ;局部给药能显著促进蛙食道纤毛运动。结论 健华感冒液具有稀释痰液 ,降低痰液粘稠度以及加速呼吸道纤毛运动的效力 。

OBJECTIVE To evalute the apophlegmatic effect of the Jianhua Mixture for Common Cold.METHODS The effect of the Jianhua Mixture on excreting sputum in rats was investigated by inserting glass capillary into the tracheas in anaesthetic rats and drawing out the respiratory tract fluid in a certain time.The volumn of the excreting sputum was shown by the length of the liquid in the glass capillary,The effect of the Jianhua Mixture on the esophagus ciliary movement in frogs was determined by putting a tiny piece of plastic(weight about 1mg)on the esophagus mucous membrace and measuring the moving speed of the tiny plastic. RESULTS The volumn of the respiratory tract fluid were increased markedly in rats by administering Jianhua Mixture orally(ig).The esophagus ciliary movement were prmoted obviously in frogs by administering locally. CONCLUSION The results indicate that the Jianhua Mixture for Common Cold has the efficacy of diluting phlegm,reducing the thickness of the phlegm and also speeding up the ciliary movement of respiratory tract.The Jianhua Mixture for Common Cold has singnificant apophlegmatic effect.
