三七指纹图谱的研究

Studies on the Fingerprint of Radix notoginseng

目的 应用 RP-HPLC(DAD)对三七药材进行指纹图谱研究。方法 用 Nova-pak C18(2 5 0 mm× 4.6mm,4μm)色谱柱 ,乙腈 -水梯度洗脱 ,检测波长为 2 0 3 nm。流速均为 1.2 ml· min- 1。结果 指纹图谱中对三七各皂苷类成分均有较好分离。结论 该方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 。

OBJECTIVE A Fingerprint of Radix notoginseng has been studied byHPLC(DAD).METHODS Nova pakC18 colμmn was used,with mixtures of Acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The wavelength was 203 nm.The flow rate was 1 2ml·min -1 RESULTS According to the chromatographic condition,a good fingerprint of Radix notoginseng has been described CONCLUSION The methods is simple .accurate with good reproducibility,It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for Radix notoginseng.
