RP-HPLC法测定茵胆平肝胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of the Baicalin in YINDAN PINGGAN Capsule by RP-HPLC

目的 测定茵胆平肝胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以 KF-C18(4 .6mm× 15 0 mm)为色谱柱 ,以甲醇∶ 3 %醋酸水溶液 (3 7∶ 63 v/ v)为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 78nm。 结果 在 0 .12μg～ 2 .4μg范围内浓度与峰高线性关系良好 (r=0 .9996) ,平均加样回收率为97.3 3 % (n=5 ,RSD=1.87% )。 结论 本方法简便 ,分离效果好 。

OBJECTIVE To determine the baicalin in PIEN TZE HUANG YINDAN PINGGAN capsule by RP HPLC.METHODS The analysis was Carried on a KF C 18 colunm(150×4 6mm 5μm)with mobile phase of mthanol 3% acetic acid solution (37∶63,V/V).The detection warelength was at 278nm.RESULTS The linear correlation was observed within range of0 12μg～2 4μg(r=0 9996).The average revovery was 97 33%and the RSD was 1 87%(n=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.
