卡介苗对哮喘豚鼠一氧化氮水平的影响

摘要 目的 :研究卡介苗治疗哮喘豚鼠的疗效并探讨其机制。方法 :将豚鼠 30只随机分为 5组 ,每组 6只。除正常组外 ,其他组用 10 %鸡卵蛋白 (ovalbamin ,OVA)致敏 ,15d发敏 ,连续激发 4d后将豚鼠麻醉 ,取肺组织 ,测定肺组织中一氧化氮 (NO)的含量。结果 :哮喘组豚鼠肺组织中NO的水平明显高于正常对照组、卡介苗组、地塞米松预防组、扎鲁斯特预防组 (P <0 .0 1)。卡介苗组、地塞米松预防组、扎鲁斯特预防组豚鼠肺组织中NO的水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :卡介苗通过调节Th1 Th2型细胞的平衡而减少Th2型细胞因子 (如IL 5 )的分泌 ,抑制气道嗜酸性细胞和肥大细胞的浸润 。 Objective: To study the effect of bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) on the treatment of asthma in guinea pigs and to investigate its mechanism. Methods: Thirty guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5 groups, and each group contained 6. Except the control group, the other 4 groups were sensitized by 10% ovalbamin (OVA) aerosol. After 15 days, the guinea pigs were sensitized, they were provocated continuously for 4 days and then they were anesthetized. The levels of NO in their lung tissues were measured. Results: The levels of NO in the lung tissues of the asthmatic group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the BCG group, the dexamethasone (DEX) group and the zafirlukast group ( P <0.01). The levels of NO in the lung tissues of the BCG group, the DEX group and the zafirlukast group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: BCG can reduce the secretion of cellular factors of Th2 type (such as IL 5) by adjusting the balance of the cells of Th1/Th2 type and inhibit the infiltration of the acidocytes and mastocytes, and lead to the reduction of NO production.
