MCV和RDW值在贫血诊断中的意义

Significance of values of mean corpuscular volume and red cell distribution width in diagnosis of anemia

目的 :探讨红细胞平均体积 (MCV)和红细胞分布宽度 (RDW)测定值在贫血诊断中的意义。方法 :利用血细胞自动分析仪测定贫血患者的MCV和RDW值。结果 :依据MCV和RDW可将贫血分为 6种类型。结论 :MCV RDW分类法较传统分类法更能反映出病因学的改变 。

Objective: To investigate the significance of values of the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and red cell distribution width (RDW) in the diagnosis of anemia. Methods: The values of MCV and RDW in patients with anemia were determined with a blood cell automatic analyser. Results: According to MCV and RDW, anemia could be divided into 6 types. Conclusion: In comparison with the traditional classification, the classification of MCV/RDW can more effectively reflect the changes of etiology and it has certain instructive significance in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
