针刺内关穴配合美西律治疗频发室性早搏30例疗效观察

Treatment of Frequent Ventricular Premature Beats by Needling Neiguan Point Associated with Mexiletine: A Clinical Observation of 30 Cases

目的:观察针刺内关穴配合美西律治疗频发室性早搏的疗效。方法:将60例频发室性早搏患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用口服美西律治疗,治疗组采用针刺双侧内关穴配合口服美西律治疗;疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组显效23例,有效5例,无效2例;对照组显效16例,有效8例,无效4例,恶化2例;2组总有效率分别为90.3％与80.0％,经统计学处理,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺双侧内关穴能提高美西律治疗频发室性早搏的疗效。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of needling Neiguan (PC 6) point associated with Mexiletine for frequent ventricular premature beats (RVPB). Methods: 60 cases of RVPB were allocated randomly to treatment group (30 cases treated by needling bilateral neiguan points and oral use of Mexiletine) and control group (30 cases by oral use of Mexiletine along). Two weeks constituted a course of treatment. Results: In treatment group, 23 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases effective and 2 cases ineffective and in control group, 16 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases effective, 4 cases ineffective and 2 cases deteriorated. The total effective rate of two group was 90. 3% and 80. 0% respectively ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Needling bilateral Neiguan points can increase the effect of Mexiletine for RVPB.
