辱虐管理对分配公平的影响研究——基于销售人员和管理者的视角
摘要
本文将公平理论整合在销售管理框架中,认为辱虐型销售管理者能够改变职场公平观念。反过来,这种公平感知负面影响经理人。并通过实证研究发现规范性和连续性承诺可以抑制这种消极因素的影响。如果销售人员认为工作是必要的,或任何一方感到这在某种意义上是为了公司道德或伦理义务,他们便可以忽视虐待,甚至避免与之相关的消极结果的"双重打击"。
