基于投资者视角的投资环境评价探索——基于广州市数据的考察

本文基于影响投资者盈利的投资环境要素,构建了由基础设施、生产成本、市场环境和政府环境四个一级指标组成的评价指标体系,并以广州市为考察对象,利用层次分析法计算出各级指标的权重,按照各级指标的权重进行加权求和得到广州市与各个比较对象城市各级指标的得分、投资环境的综合得分及排名。根据投资环境评价结果,判断了广州市投资环境的发展状况并全面总结了广州市投资环境发展的制约因素。

Based on investment environment factors that can affect the investor’s profits, the paper constructedan assessment indicator system, including 4 indicators: infrastructure, production cost, market environment and govern?mental environment. The paper took Guangzhou City as its investigation object and worked out weight of each indicatorthrough analytic hierarchy process. Then according to the weights, weighted summations of each indicator of Guang?zhou City as well as other comparison cities were calculated for each indicator score, total score of investment environ?ment and rankings. According to the assessment results of investment environment, the paper estimated developmentstatus of Guangzhou’s investment environment and comprehensively concluded constraints of Guangzhou’s investmentenvironment development.
