摘要
风景名胜区源于古代名山大川,是中国国土资源的精华,是集体记忆的重要载体。风景名胜区的重要使命之一是构建和唤起集体记忆,形成文化自觉,增强文化自信,而这有赖于风景名胜资源"软"开发的进行。风景资源"软"开发的基础是资源调查和价值判识,途径是基于价值认知的资源利用活动,在多种价值的交叉感悟及多样化的资源利用活动下,能激发爱国情怀,从而增加文化自信。分析了风景资源"软"开发存在的问题,对美国国家公园经验进行了介绍,并提出了对风景资源"软"的建议。
Famous scenic sites, originated from ancient mountains and rivers, were the great carrier of collective memories of the nation.One of famous scenic sites' important missions is to evoke related collective memories, form cultural consciousness, and enhance culturalself-confidence, which all depend on the "soft" development of scenic resources. The foundation of "soft" development is scenic resourcesinvestigation and value recognition, and the approach is multiple utilization based on resource value. Multiple uses of the scenery resources,especially education and interpretation, could stimulate the patriotic emotions, thus increasing cultural confidence. National Park Systemof America has a long history and rich experience for the protection and utilization of resources, which is worth learning. Based on theexperience of National Park Service and the summary of domestic operations and problems, suggestions for the system of "soft" developmentof scenic resources are proposed.
