Suggestion on the teaching reform of the course of graduated students on geotechnical engineering

研究生课程教学改革为研究生教育质量提供有效保障。本文基于岩土工程专业特色和课程教学现状,结合研究生培养经验体会和访学探讨经历,分析了研究生教育教学中普遍存在的关键问题,并从课程设置、教学方法、教学内容、品质管理等多个方面提出几点实质性建议,侧重于突出研究生自学能力锻炼和创新思维启发,强调心理健康和学术修养的管控,为研究生的成长进步和行业的健康持续发展贡献微薄力量。

The teaching reform of the course can provide effective protection to the teaching quality ofgraduated students. In this paper,the writer takes advantage of his experiences on training students and overseasvisiting to analyze the common key problems in the education and teaching of graduated students,basing on thespecialty characteristics and the teaching situation. And effective suggestions are present from the curriculum setting,teaching methods,content of course and quality management,in which it should be outstand of the self-learningability training and innovative thinking inspiring,it also should be emphasized of mental health and academic culture.The research should contribute some strength for the growth of graduated students and the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of specialty.
