高校青年教师生活与发展现状调查及对策分析——基于七所高校青年教师的问卷调查

Investigation and Analysis of College Young Teachers' Life and Their Personal Development-Based on Questionnaires from Young Teachers of Seven Colleges

作为高校教师队伍的生力军,高校青年教师的生活与发展状况事关青年教师自身幸福感和成就感,也影响着高校教师队伍的稳定及高等教育事业的发展。调查结果显示高校青年教师面临的生活、工作压力较大,闲暇时间较少。与此同时,他们的主要诉求包括住房问题的解决、深度前沿培训的开展、繁杂事务的减少、职业晋升渠道的拓宽等。因而,从宏观与微观层面改善高校青年教师生活与发展状况十分必要。

College young teachers are a vital part of a college faculty and their life and development is directly associatedwith their sense of happiness and achievement,which affects the college's personnel stability and the development ofhigher education. The findings of an investigation show that college young teachers' are bearing considerably high pres-sure form inadequate income,heavy work load,and limited spare time;the young teachers also have the demands forhousing,opportunities of in- depth and frontier training,reduction of miscellaneous duties,and predictable promo-tions,etc. It is,therefore,imperative to improve the situation from both the macro and micro aspects so as to create abetter prospect for the young teachers' life and development.
