摘要
我国文艺表演团体行业发展进入转型升级战略机遇期,提高行业竞争力是大势所趋。借鉴钻石模型理论对比分析文艺表演团体行业竞争力发展要素,可以发现优势与问题并存:一方面,发展面临重大机遇,文化资源、相关支持性产业以及市场消费需求都有利于竞争力提升;另一方面,文化管理体制改革尚不彻底,文艺表演团体发展战略还处于新旧交替过程中,人力、资金资源等关键要素问题突出。基于此,必须抓住机遇,持续深化管理体制改革,推动新型发展战略建设,促进产业链发展并突出优势要素引领作用。
As the development of performing arts industry has come to a stage of strategic opportunities of transformationand upgrading,it is an irresistible trend that the industry needs to enhance its competitiveness. A comparative analysis,using the diamond model theory,of the industry's competitive factors finds that there are both advantages and disadvan-tages. On the one hand,it is a great opportunity when cultural resources,related supporting industries,and the marketdemand are all propitious to the promotion of its competitiveness,on the other,however,problems in the key factorssuch as human and financial resources are outstanding as the reform of the cultural management system is not yet com-plete and the development strategy of performing arts troupes is still in the transition from the old to the new. Therefore,the industry should seize the opportunity to continue deepening the reform of management system,promote the construc-tion of new development strategies,accelerate the development of the industrial chain,and give full play to the leadingrole of the advantageous elements.
