摘要
本文分析了当前典型大潜深载人潜水器载人球壳的选材和制造技术特点。钛合金是目前大潜深载人球壳所普遍采用的材料,半球整体成形以及电子束焊接代表着球壳成形的先进水平。讨论了全海深载人球壳的选材要求及成形技术。对于全海深载人球壳用钛合金,要求具有更高的强度,并同时具有良好的韧性、热成形性能以及焊接性能。最后,简要介绍了在全海深载人球壳材料和制造方面的研究进展。
In this paper, the personnel hulls of current typical deep manned submersibles were characterizedby analyzing the hull materials and fabrication technologies. Owing to their good corrosion resistance and highstrength-to-weight ratio, titanium alloys were commonly chosen to make the personnel hull for deep manned submersibles.At present whole hemisphere forging and electron-beam welding represent the advanced manufacturingtechnologies of the personnel hull fabrication. Based on the above analysis, the material requirement and fabricationtechnologies for the full ocean depth personnel hull were discussed. Higher strength is required for titaniumalloy applied in the full ocean depth personnel hull, while the performance including toughness, thermal formingability and welding properties of the alloy should also be taken into consideration. Finally, the research progresson titanium alloy and fabrication of the full ocean depth hull were briefly summarized.
