自拟“化瘀逐水散”外敷治疗肝硬化腹水疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis by external application of self-made Huayu Zhushui Powder

目的:探讨中药外敷治疗肝硬化腹水的有效方法。方法:将97例患者随机分为治疗组49例,对照组48例,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组总有效率95.9%,明显高于对照79.2%(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷可明显提高常规西药治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。

Objective: To explore the effective method of Chinese medicine in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis. Methods: 97patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 49 patients and control group with 48 patients, 4 weeks as one treatment course .Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group 95.9% was significantly higher than that in the control 79.2%, and the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: External application of Chinese Medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy ofconventional western medicine in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.
